Make sure to add http://62.58.152.70 as a "Trusted Site" otherwise ORA will not allow up- and downloads from your folders. (In Internet Explorer click Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Sites. Enter http://62.58.152.70 and click the button "Allow").
